We self manage or put a professional 3rd party property manager in place depending on the property to make sure we provide a safe clean living space for our tenants.

We partner on deals to acquire value add properties. We bring on new partners to scale and expand our portfolio with you.

Cash Flow

We invest in properties that cash flow monthly with a cash on cash return of 8% or more.


 

Sale

We hold properties and force appreciate by renovating units, increasing income, and decreasing expenses over a 5-7 year hold period. Then we sell in a good market for a large return on investment.
